Poster Session and Web Map/Showcase

Share your geospatial online applications, maps, and other products with the broader community at the 2018 Virginia GeoCon in Virginia Beach, VA. This year's poster presentation showcase will provide you with the opportunity to share and exhibit your creative talents, and potentially earn some cash in the process!

Please complete the online application form. You should submit a separate abstract for each poster and/or web application that you plan to present. Abstracts for posters and online map/apps will be accepted through March 1, 2018.

Poster presenters should plan to bring their own mounting material (foam core or other, tape, thumb tacks and/or binder clips) and easels for display. Posters should be no larger than 36" x 48". Web mapping applications will be provided with a table and outlet (you will need to provide a computer/monitor, extension cord, etc.).

We anticipate having 3 categories this year: undergraduate student, graduate student, and professional.
